Welcome to Sidekick Studios (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services, website, or products, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Sidekick Studios provides marketing, automation, design, and related digital services. All services are provided under agreed project scope or subscription plan.
2. Payment & Billing

Payments are due at the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled per the cancellation policy below.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription with Sidekick Studios at any time.

How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team..

No Partial Refunds: We do not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused services, or downgrades.

Continued Access: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.

Future Charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
For one-time services or projects, cancellations are not eligible for a refund once work has started.
4. Liability Disclaimer

Sidekick Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, reputational harm, or business interruptions.

We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes (e.g., sales growth, conversions, or client acquisition). Results vary based on multiple factors outside our control.

Clients are responsible for compliance with industry regulations, advertising policies, and applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
5. Intellectual Property

Content, graphics, and templates created by Sidekick Studios remain Company property until full payment is received.

After full payment, the Client has a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use deliverables for their business.

Company retains the right to display work in portfolios, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or engages in unlawful or unethical business practices.
8. Force Majeure
Sidekick Studios is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, platform shutdowns, or third-party service failures.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States of America.
10. Updates to Terms
Sidekick Studios may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
